*Lead times are always our best estimate and may change during the build process. This estimate does not take into account special projects or other circumstances. We’ll never push a project out the door until it meets our standards for quality just to meet our lead times. To ensure you get our best work, additional time may be required if complications occur.

If you have an event, such as an important match, coming up that you’ll need your firearm for, please make sure that there’s ample time between leaving your firearm with us and your event to allow for any additional time required. Otherwise, it may be best to start your project after the event has passed.

What's included in our pricing

Our pricing includes disassembly, reassembly and shipping* back to you. There are no hidden charges, what you see is what you get.

* Please note that shipping charges for oversized items ($65) and discounted project will apply.

We welcome you to drop off or pick up your project gun, or to visit us for a consultation by appointment. Contact us to make arrangements and we’ll fit you in at the earliest opportunity.

We stock roughly 100 colours at any given time. If we don't have the colour you want, we'll bring it in.

Shipping and Payment

Once we've confirmed the services you've requested, we'll forward you the shipping and payment details. We don't take payment till the project is completed unless you're purchasing a firearm or parts in conjunction with our other services.

Most services include free shipping back to the customer. Free shipping does not apply to discounted or oversized projects, and shipping will be charged at current Canada Post Expedited rates. Canada Post Xpresspost is also available at current rates.

could you install my aftermarket parts while it's already there?

We definitely can! Free of charge, as long as there isn't any fitting required. 

DO YOU OFFER AN EMERGENCY SERVICES  DISCOUNT?

As a token of our appreciation, we extend a 10% discount off service work to all active and retired Law Enforcement, Military, Firefighters and EMS personnel.

DISCOUNT POLICY

We offer promotions and discounts from time to time. Multiple discounts can’t be combined, however we want to make sure when multiple discounts are applicable, that you get the highest applicable discount.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We want you to be satisfied with your customized firearm. We inspect each project before it leaves our workshop to ensure it meets our strict standards. However if somehow it reaches you and it’s not right, we’ll make it right. That’s our promise.

Legacy Front Cocking serrations

For those who press check off the front of the slide. You have a choice slant or straight cut. These maintain the factory marking on the slide.
